About Us:

Cartherics is a private, early-stage, cellular immunotherapy company, with a core focus on the development of CAR-cell therapies for the treatment of cancer. It aims to be a world leader in the development of “off-the-shelf” CAR-cell products. Cartherics has recently been awarded a Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) grant that will support this crucial work over the next 3 years.

About the Role:

The position of Project Coordinator is a three (3) year, entry level role that will support and assist the senior Project Manager(s) in the life cycle of Cartheric’s MRFF project.  Duties will include the initiation, planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.

This role covers a variety of tasks and no two days will be the same.  Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development and capture of project requirements and constraints in initial project documentation – project proposals, charters, etc.
  • Tracking project progress by monitoring key project activities, assist with updates to project timelines and in the development of corrective action plans.
  • Assisting in collaboration activities for integration of services, technologies and capabilities to ensure project delivery.

About You:

You are a planner who has experience supporting teams.  You will be highly organised with good attention to detail and keen to learn about pharmaceutical product development from an operational, organisational and administrative perspective, rather than “hands-on” science.

Your biological science (or equivalent) degree will set you up for understanding our technology platform, and assist in building key relationships with all levels of our business.

Having strong administrative skills, you are ready to take the next step into a role with a specialist focus.
