Cartherics was founded in 2016 by Prof. Alan Trounson (Deputy Chair), Dr. Richard Boyd (Scientific Consultant), Dr. Ian Nisbet (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Bob Moses (Board Advisor) and Dr. Peter Hudson (Scientific Consultant).

Cartherics was established to leverage the founders’ expertise and networks in stem cell biology, immunology and oncology to develop the next generation of cancer cell therapies. The company’s focus has now expanded to include additional indications, including endometriosis.
